My parents lived at Oak Tree Apartments before, and they live there now. Their one-bedroom apartment has a walk-in bathtub, and they have washers and dryers in the building. It's a close community, so everybody keeps an eye on everybody. The staff is pretty good and on top of everything. There are no complaints. They don't have the food services, but they have the AOA for the seniors who qualify, and that serve lunches and have them delivered if they choose. They have activities, they get on the bus and go to Wal-Mart or to lunch, and they do field trips. Your rate is based upon your income.
