My sister and I were not impressed with the Living Center South facility of the Finger Lakes Health group when our mother was living there. It was not as clean as we felt it should have been, our mother was not happy there and some patients were talked down to by certain staff memebers. We were lucky to get our mother moved to a much nicer facility of the Finger Lakes Health group, where they treat everyone with respect and it is kept cleaner. Living Center South needs to be re-evaluated, improved upon, remove the dead wood staff members and get people who really care about the patients and envirnoment.
