I've chosen Chosen Spot Apartments because the price was right, the circumstances within the apartment complex were perfect, and the guy who owns it was very responsive and quite welcoming. The apartments are beautiful and easily accessible to people with disabilities and without disabilities. Every single one has a patio. They're all on the first floor. There are no second floors. It's beautifully kept. I met three people who worked there: the maintenance man, the ground crew guy, and one other guy who came by and introduced himself, shook my hand, and offered assistance if needed. They were very welcoming and congenial.
