Rossmoor is beautiful and very nice. It's everything that I'm looking for. The community is secure and has social life. It's all individual homes. There are seven rooms to the complex that I'm going into, with two bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, and kitchen.

I am in Rossmoor, and it is a great community. It is seniors, but we are working people too. The staff is good, and it is clean and orderly. They have Bingo once a month, they have an Italian Club, there is a Jewish Club, and a Democratic Club; there are too many, and some I cannot even remember. We have condos, and they are all different models. There are small ones and big ones. Very friendly community and it is very diverse; there are all types of people living here.

I have a friend in Rossmoor. The staff is knowledgeable. They all have nurses. In this community, some very elderly people or sick people you do see they have nurses come in for them. They have everything in terms of activities. They have a woodwork making shop, stained glass, crochet club, knitting club, and card club. They have computers, pool tables and swimming pool. They have a clubhouse with a TV in it. They have a function den by the clubhouse and by the pool. The security is great. They go around in the truck and everything. You get to know them when you walk your dog or whatever.

I am a big fan of the facility. The security guards working the main gate are very friendly and accommodating. My grandparents are able to leave their door unlocked when they are not around and not have to fear theft. The mail is delivered directly to their door which is also very nice because it is hard for my grandparents to walk. The "clubhouse" is very polished with nice amenities such as pool tables and ping pong tables. My sister enjoys visiting there to swim in the pool, which is maintained and always has a lifeguard on duty. Overall I have no complaints about the facility. I'm not sure what the prices are to stay there but my grandparents are not wealthy by any means and seem easily able to afford the cost of living. Renovations always seem to be being made over there. Additionally, my grandma, an avid reader, is able to acquire numerous books free of charge to borrow.
