Staff not very helpful u got better luck talking to d president of United states than this office people they never got time for you is like asking for a freebie only problem is that u pay a high maintenance fee . And like me is a lot of people that feel d same way

Clearbrook has a cultural center, a clubhouse, two pools, bocce, and shuffleboard. They are celebrating their 50th year. I had no contact with anybody other than the gate people who were very pleasant. I'm paying $1900 a month for a two-car garage, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, and a patio. The place is well taken care of. It's worth the money. It's a very nice community. It's for 55 and over. They have apartments, they have attached homes, and they have a freestanding house like the one I'm renting. They have three different housing arrangements.

Clearbrook plowed the road into my parent driveway and made a big hole in the bottom of their driveway and it cracked other parts of their driveway. They told my parents it was their responability they had to fix it. First off Clearbrook are the ones that did it, second Clearbrook is responsible for anything beyond 3 feet away from your house, and third my father had a couple of strokes and can not walk well and my mother is 80 years old and has a brace on her leg and can not walk to well either. You would think Clearbrook would fix what they had done but they won't. If my parents or any of their guest fall in that hole I will be suing Clearbrook. I will not be refering Clearbrook to anyone. They are taking advantage of the Elders living there. Also what happens if the fire or ambulance have to come to their house in the middle of the night and do not know there is a hole there. They are jeopardizing their safety also.

This community is horrible. You pay a very high monthly maintenance fee and all you get is the grass cut maybe every 2 weeks. If you need something done on the outside, you have fight to get it done if they decide to do it and some people have to wait 4 years to get anything done. Someone seems to be keeping the money instead of fixing the property for these people. You have to hire outside contractors to get help. People who live here are nasty. Its a horrible place to live.

Clearbrook Retirement Community is very convenient, very nicely designed, and close to my daughter. They have a community center, an arts and crafts center, and an exercise center. They have trips to go on with the groups. You have your own washer and dryer inside your house. The staff is very friendly and they take care of the property around you. I think they’re set up very nicely, but they should have on the property some place like a motel set up for people outside the community that want to visit.

They have 24 hour service for nursing. They have a pool for the summer. They have club housing and a fitness room. They have a woodworking room and a computer room. The lady in the office and the nurses are great. The room is spacious. They have security that goes around all the time. They have kitchens and everything to make their own food. They are individual houses, but they call them condos. They are attached to each other. There are a few that were not attached, but most of it is attached. Clearbrook is old, and some of the buildings were built in the early seventies. It is a little rundown with its property. The grass itself is not nice. That would make it look better if they had a better lawn.
