This place used to be nice and is now absolutely horrible. The management is very rude, helpless and intentionally incompetent. They have no concern for the actual residents… they just do their best to pass you off And never address your issues or concerns. Only when the carpets smelled like cat urine and were getting moldy did they finally have them cleaned. Just know if you put your family member here, they will not be treated fairly, will not be communicated with effectively, and be left to figure things out for themselves. They may get punched in the face, harassed, or bullied and management will not get involved - only take your complaint and pass along to their lawyers while they make you wait. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR FAMILY!!!

Place is beautiful but they don’t take care of it very well. Managers do not have the training or resources they need to communicate or handle the residents properly. They just write up your complaints and dump them with the lawyers so it takes months, maybe even over a year if anything gets resolved at all.

I liked that Melody Senior Living was clean and accessible, and I liked the calendar of events. The staff was very nice and friendly. They have a swimming pool, a workout room, and a game room. The rooms were nice and spacious.
