"Located about an hour outside of Yellowstone National Park, in the town of Livingston this is a 115 bed skilled nursing care facility. They provide rehabilitation and nursing care for patients returning home after a hospital stay and patients that reside there full time. The nursing staff is very caring and does pay a lot of attention to the residents. It would be nice if the same feeling came from the administrative staff, but they seem more concerned with their paperwork than with their residents. The facility is clean and the beds are changed often. The hallways don't smell heavily of antiseptic, and there are large windows that let in plenty of light. There is a large dining area and even an on-site hair salon! The long-term residents don't seem very active, but they are well cared for physically. There are different wings for residents including a full-care wing, an ambulatory wing, a rehabilitation wing, and a closed wing for Alzheimer's patients. Couples are allowed to share a room if needed. "

"I toured Bozeman Health Hillcrest Senior Living. My father had heard about it from some friends, and we went and visited a number of times, and they were always really gracious and really friendly and welcoming. We liked the facility. It looks really nice. It has independent and assisted living there if he needs it. It has a nice restaurant, nice dining room, and people that have been there, a lot of them have been there for many years. A lot of them had work there, and it's close to the hospital. It's close to my sister's house, and he really wanted to go, so that was good. The person in charge, she has done a lot of things for us, and she's always answered our calls and has taken us around numerous times. She has called my sister and father and is always available. The facility looks really good. It looked really clean every time we went there."

"There are no words to express how much I appreciate and value the care I received at the Bridger Healthcare Community. I was so frightened to learn I needed surgery on my spine. And then I was blessed to have the opportunity to recover with you all before returning home. For that I will be eternally grateful. While in your care I felt everyone went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible during some very uncomfortable times. Anytime I ran for assistance you always responded immediately or within a reasonable amount of time. I have always heard such horror stories about nursing home food but I can actually say looked forward to and enjoyed meal time! You were all so very patient with me and I learn so many helpful things to assist in my recovery for when I returned home. It has been a month now since my surgery and I am doing remarkably well. To that I accredit a good portion to the aftercare I received at the Bridger Healthcare Community. Thank you all for the quality and loving care you provided me. "

"My Mom was in this facility several years ago and now my father is there. The place is very nice, with caring staff all doing a great job in the current Covid times. The staff keep in contact with relatives and all seem very professional. The menu is good, the food is delivered to the rooms, and staff are available. Much better than being in a hospital - more personalized attention here. Transportation to and from Bozeman Deaconess Hospital is available. Highly recommended. The rooms have minimal, but adequate furniture and it meets a medical need. Limited group activities at this time due to Covid."
