Staff is friendly and caring. The environment is homelike and the facility has many open areas for socializing and activity. The only downside is that the elevator is slow.

Ackert park staff put on mask to make it seem they genuinely care, when clearly they don’t! My loved one was promised every service they offered upon admission but sat there for months with our receiving anything. They literally tell you anything. The social worker Zaina does nothing, absolutely Nothing! & the administrator Mark strongly stands by her. They literally tell you exactly what you want to hear! If you love someone and are looking, don’t even consider this place! Please don’t settle! It’s horrible place with a heavily pest infestation. It’s not even fit for a dying dog!!

The place is deplorable. It is nasty, smells like urine as soon as you come in. This place needs to be shut down. The staff is nice when you ask questions and seem to care. The staffing is inadequate for the services they say that they provide.

The staff is nice but, they did not provide basic care for my relative. They did not turn the patient, nor elevate heels or provide water which led to bed sores and dehydration. Lost dentures, stolen clothes and phone.

I find they do a great job and there are lots of nurses to take care of my family member.

It takes a long time for assistance as they are so short staffed. The staff that is there are very concerned about patients and do their best. Even basic supplies are limited.
