We have only been here at Heatherbrook Gardens for a short period of time, but so far, I've gotten wonderful help from management. I like that they have no stairs. That's what I was looking for, a place where you could walk right out your door to your car room. It's quiet, and that's the main thing. No door slamming and no young people around like the other place. None of that. I met two ladies there. The main manager has experience in real estate property, and she has been here for years and that's what caught my eye. It's independent here, so I cook my own food. They have a swimming pool and there's going to be some improvement since they have more seniors. They'll try to eliminate the stairs part of the pool. They have a nice comfortable place to walk, too. In terms of value for money, I think it's reasonable because I was looking for a place with a washer and dryer. They are experienced in handling real estate property and the tenants. They're very well educated in that.
