My father was in Bristol Manor of Palmyra. It has 12 rooms, a staff member lives there full time, they have other staff members, and it's a residential care facility. There were eight people living at the same time he was. He did not like it there. He fell there, and after hospitalization, he needed intensive rehab. They were pretty much in lockdown. I liked Bristol Manor, I liked the price, and the people I was dealing with, but for dad, it was not the right fit. He did not get along with the people there.
