"My mom is a resident at Heart of the Ozarks. I think the staff there is wonderful. The nurse’s keep me informed on all the things I need to know about my mom. The administrative team is just as wonderful as the nurses and CNA’s. It’s like a big family there. I would recommend this place for anyone that has to make that decision to live in long term care."

"This is a great home. Administrator and staff have done an excellent job since they purchased in 2012. Staff are always caring and take exceptional care of my family. Food is really good. Homemade special meals are made from Italian to steak and shrimp, grilling it is all wonderful."

"My dad has been living in Copper Rock Village for little over a year now. He loves it there. He has a little red scooter that he can run around in to visit people and just do whatever he wants. It's such a lovely place. They fix their meals. They have a barber. They have a doctor on site all the time. He gets his meds, and they have little rooms if your family wants to eat a special dinner. They have little community centers in the middle of each hall that has a fireplace and big screen TV, where they can sit out and visit. They have a church too. It is top of the line. The staff has always been ever so helpful to us. They just never acted aggravated or anything when we've called or had issues with his phone. They would go down and try to fix it, and that was COVID time when they weren't letting anyone in. They were awesome during the COVID thing. They were on top of it. The social worker was busy, but she always gets back to you if you can't talk to her right at that moment. Dad also loves the food. They have a cafeteria and a little place on each wing where you can order a burger or a snack. The atmosphere feels very good. The place is nice. The rooms are clean, and the residents are all very friendly. They have a lot of fun activities to do, and they even have their own therapy room."

"My mother was at Gainesville Health Care Center for 7 weeks. We went straight right in there from the hospital. None of us had seen it before my mom going there. The staff was very nice, but there were some attitude problems. The rooms were OK, but they needed to be modernized a bit. They were kind of older. The whole facility needed to be modernized."
