"My family member is at Heart of the Ozarks and I will say the care my family receives is wonderful. The staff is always attentive to my loved one’s needs. The business staff as well as the healthcare staff made the transition with ease for my loved one. I would 100 % recommend Heart of the Ozarks to anyone who need to place their loved one. The therapy department is very knowledgeable and does not have the attitude of giving up on the resident. They encourage them to get stronger. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and I am glad I chose this place for my loved one."

"My dad has been living in Copper Rock Village for little over a year now. He loves it there. He has a little red scooter that he can run around in to visit people and just do whatever he wants. It's such a lovely place. They fix their meals. They have a barber. They have a doctor on site all the time. He gets his meds, and they have little rooms if your family wants to eat a special dinner. They have little community centers in the middle of each hall that has a fireplace and big screen TV, where they can sit out and visit. They have a church too. It is top of the line. The staff has always been ever so helpful to us. They just never acted aggravated or anything when we've called or had issues with his phone. They would go down and try to fix it, and that was COVID time when they weren't letting anyone in. They were awesome during the COVID thing. They were on top of it. The social worker was busy, but she always gets back to you if you can't talk to her right at that moment. Dad also loves the food. They have a cafeteria and a little place on each wing where you can order a burger or a snack. The atmosphere feels very good. The place is nice. The rooms are clean, and the residents are all very friendly. They have a lot of fun activities to do, and they even have their own therapy room."

"My mother was at Gainesville Health Care Center for 7 weeks. We went straight right in there from the hospital. None of us had seen it before my mom going there. The staff was very nice, but there were some attitude problems. The rooms were OK, but they needed to be modernized a bit. They were kind of older. The whole facility needed to be modernized."

"My mom was here after breaking her hip. The staff was great and they have an awesome therapy dept. Home is kept very clean. I would not hesitate to take my family back to this facility!!! Rooms are nice and the food is pretty good."
