I've trusted Riverchase Village to care for family members for over the last 7 years. There is always activity in this complex and I have trusted them completely and never been disappointed. Thank you everyone at River Chase

My father is a CHF patient who was in need of physical and occupational rehab. This is the only facility who accommodated his extra extremely low sodium diet out of Ocean Springs and Gautier. The room was clean with its own air unit. Always ask anywhere about that. The staff treated him very well. The Therapist worked hard with him. They answered the call light almost immediately, where as other places took 45 min to an hour to respond.

If -5 rating were available I would have chosen it. This place was a nightmare for my family and my Father. The aides/nurses were rude, hateful, cold. There were a couple who were nice but the others were just horrible. If a family member is not there to care for the patient, they will be mistreated. If you stay with them, they won't like it because you see what they are not doing. If the patient is reasonably healthy and can help self, they may survive, but if not, don't put them here.

The staff is wonderful. I have always been greeted warmly and my grandmother speaks very highly of her caregivers. The facility is a little outdated but always kept neat and cleanly. They regularly host events for the residents and family is always invited and encouraged to attend.
