Cambric

At the Cambric Senior Apartments in St. Paul, Minnesota, residents are close to downtown, with its restaurants, theaters and shops, while still having easy access to nature via nearby walking and biking trails. St. Paul is also home to world-class medical facilities, including United and Regions Hospitals, in the event of an illness or emergency. The Cambric is an independent living community designed for seniors age 55 and above. One- and two-bedroom floor plans with private baths are available. Because the facility is part of an affordable housing program, applicants' incomes must fall below certain thresholds to be approved. The state does not license the facility to offer medication administration services; however, the staff make every effort to support seniors who self-administer their medications. Residents at the Cambric have access to a wide array of amenities. They can watch a movie in the theater room, exercise to maintain wellness in the state-of-the-art fitness center or get a new style at the salon. For those with pets, the Cambric is also pet-friendly. Management will consider cats and dogs under 40 pounds, with a maximum of two pets per resident.
