I toured Deer Crest Senior Living. It looked like they had a lot of staff. All the people that live there seemed to be really happy. The staff seemed to be very attentive and very hands on. I saw the residents having lunch and everyone seemed to be really happy, and it smelled really good there. They had very nice facilities. It was really my first choice as far as visiting and everything, but I just couldn't seem to connect with the intake person. She was not very helpful in trying to help me get everything lined up, and she's new. I needed to get my uncle in somewhere, and she kept dragging her feet for over a month, so I had to change my plan.

the level of care for residents is beyond poor almost criminal. Medications are the most important aspect of aging and Deercrest is negligent in delivery in a timely fashion-- constantly.
