I moved to the Solaire Active Adult Community. It's clean and neat and has accessibility features for safety. The food is not included, but you do your own. The activities, that's the best part, the swimming pool, activity director, and there are a lot of things to do.

I am a resident of Solaire. The grounds are well-kept and clean. They have landscaping so it's very pretty. It has a nice fountain in front of the building. The parking area is all gated in, so you have security at the entrances. You have to have your key to get in or if it's a visitor coming in to see you, you have a private code that they would have to key in. Everything here is for independent living only and the staff, the management, and the maintenance people are all very pleasant. If you have any problems, they will come very quickly and fix whatever the problem may be. They're very quick to respond to your need. We have an activities coordinator and every day they play different games. They also have swimming. The weather has been very, very nice this summer, and they have a nice picnic area or just being out in the yard in these little benches and things out for everyone. There's a cooking area if anyone wants to cook outdoors. They also have a library and an activities room where everybody gathers and just enjoys each other's company. You can sit in a comfortable living room area or gathering area and watch TV or you can be in the other activities area. They have a cafe here Monday through Friday, and the cafe has food. The cook in the cafe is very pleasant.

I have a friend who lives over at So lair and I went over there a couple of times. I really like the location and I was pleased with the atmosphere and the way they keep it clean. It is an active community. The rooms are big, very spacious, and the window has more lighting. They have exercise room and a cafeteria. If anyone wants to order food, they can order from the cafeteria and they can take it to you. I was able to have a nice meal and the food is very good. They did have a room for me but the only thing is that the view from the room is a garbage can. The lady said when another room becomes available for me, I can be recommended.

Why did I choose So lair? Because, no. 1, it is very nice community! It is situated just a quarter of a mile from a shopping center, a grocery store, a pharmacy, etc. We have underground garage. We have a 24-hour security here. If you have a visitor, they must sign in and sign out. This place is pretty secure indeed. Inside, the front lobby looks like a hotel. With regards to accommodations, our apartments are fully carpeted. I have my own heating and cooling unit. My apartment comes with a refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher and a garbage disposal. The main thing that I really love about this place is that I don't have to take my trash out. I just put it outside my front door and they come and pick it up. When winter comes, as far as maintenance is concerned, they make sure they shoveled the snow off the walkways. In terms of activities, we have movie nights, bingo, crocheting, and Bible studies. There is a cafe, a beauty salon, a fitness room, and an in-house rehab. The staff is very nice. We also have a nurse and a therapist. There is also a housekeeping service. They gave me everything I wanted. I love it here!

I was very pleased with Solaire. In fact, I'm going to be moving in there. It's a very nice place. The staff is very welcoming. They're warm and friendly. Even the residents were very friendly. It's a very, very clean place and very inviting when you walk in. It's really a good experience to be there.

I think So lair Active Adult Community is an excellent choice for placement for someone who prefers to live independently and is looking for and independent home for themselves, a friend or even a family member to live in. So lair Active Adult Community homes are beautifully landscaped, structured, coordinated and very well maintained. The common areas of the homes were very well structured and had very good architect design to the interior of the homes was very roomy and also very tasteful and very homey. The surrounding neighborhoods are very beautifully landscaped, structured, and coordinated and also very tasteful to the eye as well. They offer their residents an array of services and amenities. They provide their residents with an inside heated swimming pool/sauna for their residents to enjoy for comfort and relaxation. They also offer their resident's studio, one, two, and three bedroom homes. They also offer their residents three nutritional savor meals, weekly housekeeping and an array of a vast majority of other additional services and amenities are available to their residents as needed. Their community homes prices start from $599.00 to $1200.00 per month. They even offer studio houses to three bedroom penthouses. There amenities are to include; Home health care services, rehabilitation services, on site physicians, café, Barber/Beauty shop indoor pool/sauna, and library. There Services are to include: Clubhouse, laundry facilities, 24 hour concierge security system and much more where can any senior receive all of these luxuries and more for the price of 599.00 a month and live this luxurious and elegant life style. In general I would rank So lair Active Adult Community a five stars rating for their excellence and expertise for elegant and luxury senior housing for affordable senior budgets.
