All residents are in private rooms with TV, heater and furniture, as well as various safety alarms to notify staff of any issues. Bethesda Ranch is a smaller community with a high ratio of care givers to residents—2 staff for 5 residents—and there's a registered nurse on-site. Staff accompany the residents on group outings for lunch every Tuesday and Thursday. Residents at Bethesda Ranch can take part in game nights and pizza parties every week, as well as regular trivia, cards and social activities that bring people together.
