I toured Harbor Homes Norton Shores. The rooms were smaller than I'd seen in other places, but other than that, they had great service, good staff, and good people. The staff was very friendly, answered questions, spent the time I needed, and was very knowledgeable. The residents knew her. It was a very hands-on kind of thing, and they had ample meeting rooms.

I toured Harbor Homes Norton Shores. I'm impressed with the staff and people who are in the building. The facility was very good. The rooms were very good. The layout was very nice and easy to move around. They have four separate buildings. Each one of the buildings has its dining room, and they're very clean and very nice. It has a very good atmosphere. It's close to everything, shopping and all that. It's also close to a hospital in case something happens, they don't have far to go.
