I toured Ivy Terrace. They had a washer and dryer in each apartment. They also had a dishwasher in each apartment. I didn't get to see a unit, but I saw a unit online, and it looks more modern and up to date than the other place. I saw the manager, and she showed me around. They don't provide food; it is just an apartment. The facility looked very nice. There are like 49 units, but they're smaller than the ones at the other place. They had quite a bit of covered parking. Not every unit had covered parking. You had to get on a waiting list.
