Covenant Village Apartments

I give Covenant Village Apartments a 5-star rating for its proximity to a very large church. Its grounds were fabulous. They have lots of room for walking. The dogs are allowed. They have a huge patio with barbecue grills and a very full activity calendar. The property manager I spoke to was professional, very knowledgeable, and helpful. The kitchen was very modern, with an electric range, a microwave, and a large area for food prep. The living room was very large. The bathroom was extremely nice. The facility was fantastic, very secluded, and quiet, with lots of space for walking outside. They had a huge patio at the back of the facility and three big barbecue grills.

Covenant Village is really nice. The people that run it are very nice. The apartments are nice, big, and open. You have nice large bathrooms. I was able to get a two-bedroom. It's really, really nice. Even the residents are very nice. They do have activities normally, but because of COVID-19 right now they don't have any going on. They have a library, exercise area, an activities room where everyone can come together. They have a lot of stuff here, but we don't have a patio or a balcony for the apartments. They also don't have any meal services. The staff members are very pleasant and are very helpful. They meet any of your needs. I'm new here. Every time I see them, they ask, "Anything we can do to make your stay better? Is there anything that you need? We'll try to work it out for you."

I did not like this place. Felt very cold and staff was rude. I would not reccomend this community.

I saw one of the units at Covenant Village and I really liked it. I like the setup. It's smaller than what I have right now but it's good to me. The place is not expensive. The people are fantastic. I met a few residents and they were so kind and welcoming. They have so many things offered to senior citizens like the computer and theatre room. The residents go shopping on certain days and even dine in at restaurants. They have a day care center where you can go to if you want to. They have a chapel. I found the place really nice. It's immaculate. In fact, I know I would be happy there.
