The Residences at Springbrook

I toured The Residences at Springbrook. I met with the coordinator, and she gave me general information and an overview of what to expect. We walked through the ground floor of the facility. She showed me all of the security measures that they have in place. She took me up to the laundry room and one of the apartments. It was very nice. The only glitch was, I had gone a day early. I went on a Monday, and they don't have to walk through Monday other than that, but she told me when to come back. When I came back, it was fine. The staff was very informative and took their time to walk me through. So, it was okay. It was very convenient. There was a laundry area on each floor, and it was like a playroom. So, I think my sister would enjoy it. It's not like a laundromat. It had a TV in there. It was very clean all the way around.

We toured The Residences at Springbrook. It was very clean. The residents themselves were very polite because some of the ones that I saw that Saturday when I came in were sitting on the outside, and they were very friendly. The lady said, 'No one is there today', and we said, 'Well we have an appointment.' They said, 'They're not open on Saturday. We are sorry about that. You had to come back.' So, they were very polite. So once we got there, the young lady toured us around, and she was very accommodating. She's very nice. She was very knowledgeable. She could answer the questions. She talks about the building. She was knowledgeable of what her functions were as far as touring and what to expect. It's a brand-new facility.

When you drive up to The Residences at Springbrook, where it is situated is very nice. The landscaping outside looks like a lot of available parking. The building looks very pretty. When you walk in, the cleanliness of the place looks spotless. Then the lobby is very nice where people can come and sit in a lounge if they want to. It's a very inviting place. The tour person was very nice, too.

We like The Residences at Springbrook because it's in our range of finances. They have a very nice two-bedroom-one-bath facility, and that's what we were looking for. They also have a hospitality apartment where you can have guests who come out of town, and they can stay up to seven days there. They have a nice patio, a nice dining area, a nice game room, and a computer room. In between there, there is the computer room and a quiet room, and you can also access the porch out there. The staff was awesome. We asked questions, and she answered. She gave us very informative information. It was a very interesting tour. She presented herself. The structure of the building was awesome. They had very nice rooms. All the apartments were clean and structured very well. They even had a few furnished rooms. We prefer the bathroom to have a walk-in shower, and there was one that did have a walk-in shower. Everything was done very well. We liked this place. The atmosphere was peaceful. I felt loved. The building looked so serene. It looked so awesome.

I moved into The Residences at Springbrook. It's in a nice area. It's a nice-looking building. My apartment is nice and cozy. I got a one-bedroom apartment with a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There is no swimming pool.

I had a very good experience at The Residences at Springbrook. They were very helpful. The tour was very nice and kind. The personalities were inviting, and they made me feel very comfortable. I would love to live there. And I encouraged anybody who goes there to choose that location because it's a very beautiful home living space. A lot is going on. It's amazing. I would encourage anyone to go there and check it out. They showed me a one-bedroom. The space was acceptable. I was good with the space for the one-bedroom. The bathroom was nice. The fixtures, the floor plan, and the appliances were outstanding. No complaints at all. I can't say anything bad about it. Everything was good. The person who gave the tour was incredible. She knew what was going on in that facility. She spoke very well. Her personality was great. The whole experience was great. They have benches outside. They have certain areas where people can go and smoke. They have a nice area where you can go out and sit and relax in a shaded area. The atmosphere was so nice. It's like sitting in a park.
