Oak Villa Apartments is a nice community. It is gated for security. They had nice people that ran the place. They had a room where you could sit down, watch the television, or play pool. It has a fitness club inside of it. They also have a barber where you can get a haircut and different things like that. So, there's a lot that they offer in that facility. The guy was very nice. He did all the paperwork that was needed. The only thing I had to do was come in with the deposit. I gave him the deposit and that was it. The cleanliness of the building is very nice. It was OK. There was no damage that I saw.
