Arts Senior Apartments is a converted school that they've turned into independent apartments. The apartments are nice. They're enough for one-bedroom, two-bedroom apartments that they have. The one-bedroom that my uncle was looking for was just a little smaller than what he could be able to have his furniture in. He has a hospital bed, so the bedroom was not going to accommodate that. The staff was helpful and nice. They have the maintenance workers. If you need anything, you can just easily call and say, Hey, I need a maintenance man for this, and they're right there on-site. They don't have any type of activities there. You are a senior who's pretty much kind of taking care of things on your own, but they have services and things that they would have available to come to the location. You have a storage unit that comes with your apartment. You have the washer and dryer hookup in the apartment, and a lot of independent living seniors want that. They have a little recreation part that's outside, or the gym, but that's pretty much all. Everything was fine because they went by your income. All of that was perfect. It was just the sizing of the apartment that didn't sell my uncle. If you have a single person who is OK with about 750 square feet of an apartment, it would be great. If they didn't need certain handicapped things for their railing on the bed or something like that, it would be OK.
