The monthly income-based rent covers water, trash collection, lawn care and emergency maintenance services, and there's an on-site service coordinator to assist residents with various community concerns. Residents can take advantage of the monthly blood pressure and blood sugar testing, quarterly podiatry clinics and annual flu and pneumonia vaccines offered on site.
