I toured Pleasantview Home a few weeks ago, and then today I took my parents through; they toured one of the independent living units. I think it's excellent. It's got a long waiting list. My neighbors who live behind me have moved in over there, and they love it. They have a friendship center and it has exercises. They have group activities going on: quilting, cards, and all kinds of stuff. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and wonderful people.

I visited a friend in Pleasantview Home. It is good. It is a nice facility. The rooms are nice. The staff is a little bit better there than other ones. It is an expensive nursing home, and it is mostly locals. I think they pay their people very well. The staff is not changing up like most of them do. They took very good care of my friend. The community is very nice and very clean. It has its own houses and own apartments that they can rent, plus a nursing home. It is very well kept, and it has been there a long time. They provided long-term care all the way to hospice for my friend.
