We left with in 2 weeks. we were told they would find a tv, they didn't. we werent told long term usually doesn't have this. the floor wasnt cleaned for 2 days after he dropped some food. there is a CNA that really needs more training with her interaction with male residents. they aren't lonely old men. dad said the help was awful. he is still pretty much cognate at 90. The food was disgusting! no other word. yes he ate it, he didn't want to starve. I noticed not many people visiting the residents, and that isn't good. The admissions just about screwed me as far as correctly submitting paper work. Today, I got a dr bill that had not been billed to insurance! We did see a neighbor and her loved one there was being kicked out, they didn't do the job needed, he went to another home. We left the next day, but she had the same opinon of the admissionns.There a few good employees, but one out of ten.People you can take a pay check for lousy work anywhere stay the eff out of nursing homes!

the rooms are like you would find at a motel all the comforts you need.the staff have been wonderful to my brother and i.i cant ask for better care than what i see from week to week God bless the staff it takes special people to work with these folks. and the staff are special in my opinion.

Memory care unit is amazing wish I had found them years earlier mom is so happy and calm with them it helps me to be at peace when she is. The Activities they do with them amazing. To when Covid had us locked out I moved mother their and the CNA took all her decorations out em up for us. Room is nice clean always smells good. Thank you Yorktown Manor

We used Yorktown Manor for my dad's rehab. We also used the facility when both my mom and dad's health started to deteriorate since we were already accustomed to and familiar with it. It was only eight minutes from my home, so it was a perfect choice for us. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The facility was fairly close to a hospital and local doctors. It was located in a residential area and had very pleasant surroundings.

I had to give one star otherwise I wouldn't. Poor administration that doesn't know how to do federal paperwork. Dirty rooms and bathrooms that aren't swept or mopped daily. Staff that don't care but will say something will get done, but they don't do it. Trying to get my loved one OUT OF HERE!!!!
