We have had our loved one at the waters for a few years now. We have tried another facility prior and that facility was a joke. I will say we have had a rocky road getting things handled but honestly I can say now that was a lot more on our end and not the administration/nursing. The facility is on the smaller side, and alot of YOUNG faces but I can say my grandfather is well taken care of. I know he hates being bothered with anything. But I have seen first hand the aides going out of their way to make him more comfortable for things he hated most which that it's self is. An accomplishment!!. There may be a few staff members that could smile a little more :) but all in all I would recommend this facility. They have improved and grown alot these last few years under new management.

Well, My great aunt had to live there while rehabilitating from a surgery recently and the nurses could be very mean and snappy towards the patients,food was often deleivered cold.She did like a couple of the nurses but besides that i'd say she had a very bad time there!
