NCR is a non-profit corporation founded in 1961 by a group of central Ohio churches committed to bringing comfortable, modest-cost housing and enriched living to senior Americans and persons with disabilities. Base in Columbus, OH, NCR operates similar retirement communities nationwide. NCR is nondenominational and open to members of all faiths. Federal regulations, however, require that you be 62 or older, or handicapped/disabled. Your apartment is your own. We provide major kitchen appliances and carpeting, but the apartments are otherwise unfurnished so that you can furnish your new home with your own belongings. Your home is private but offers the opportunity for as much companionship as you desire, with friends and neighbors just next door. You're not alone when living in our community.
