Cleanliness: Only Satisfactory Staffing: Not nearly enough Errored giving meds --- gave my patient another persons meds. Denied it. Rude staff. Some were just okay --- most would not even answer questions. Caught them listening in at a close door.

She checked into Genesis Healthcare last April because of recurring urinary tract infections. The place was exceptionally clean and they gave her a special room because of her dialysis equipment. Overall, they were very good but training is needed by some of the staff for her dialysis.
