Golden Manor Apartments

I am a resident of Golden Manor Apartments. They're OK, but it's not like 100%. Sometimes they take their time on major repairs like the air conditioner, and stuff like that. Something small, they take with it, but something big, it takes them a while to get through it. The staff, they're OK. It's very clean. However, the structure of the building is not good. Stuff falling apart on the outside, but they're trying to fix it, so I guess they're trying to do what they need to do. They need security in the building, and they don't have it. That's horrible because a lady was sleeping in the lobby yesterday morning. She had pulled two chairs together and had a blanket. She was sleeping there, and she didn't live here. So, they need 24-hour security here.

I toured Golden Manor Apartments. I liked it because they had good amenities for seniors. You had your own balcony and a dishwasher. You have a library, a community room, and a laundromat in the building. The staff was pleasant. The apartments were nice and big. They had carpet and there's an island in the kitchen. It was near a shopping area. They have a lot of activities for seniors. They have bingo. They have an exercise room. The community was nice.
