This place should be shut down . The level of neglect my family member received should never happen. Regularly when call button was push it would just get turned off with no response from staff. Water was placed out of reach on a non mobile person and staff refused to answer call just to move water within reach. P. T. Reported notes were false. Family members health declines so extremely fast in the few weeks there. Left being severely dehydrated, which is unacceptable. This is basic needs water. This place needs to be inspected and shut down. I would never never ever never recommend putting your loved one in this place.

Very nice facility. Very short of on staffing. I was told that IN doesn't have any requirements on patient/staff ratio which I find hard to believe. The quality of care was very poor. I guess if you get paid on a daily basis you feel you can miss a few days, therefore leaving residents with only the bare basics as far as care. Food was minimal and poorly coordinated as far as nutritional content. Watered down juice or coffee were brought sometimes half hour to forty five minutes before meal. This would be a small styro cup 1/2 full, room temp. Serving of vegetable would be in a small sour cream size cup like you would get from fast food. I was fortunate enough to be on rehab side so I could fend for myself. Did lose 10# during my stay. I feel sorry for the bedridden patients or patients without family to hold staff accountable.. Think twice before putting your loved one here.

Only a few there actually cared. For basic things, you have to go in and say something about it. Transportation is not willing to change their schedule to fit a patient's appointment. They will change them without notifying you first.

I had my mom here. They have some fabulous people who work here. They were always so kind to mom. They provided us with everything my mom would have wanted in her last days. I cannot thank you enough Marti, I am so grateful to you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Gloria French

Beautiful modern facility but extremely understaffed. Be prepared to care for your loved one on your own if you want to be searching you are loved one is changed and afforded appropriate hygiene everyday. Be prepared to change your loved ones undergarments because they've soil themselves and no one has gotten to them by as late as 11 a.m. Food served to the residence is dicey to poor. Breakfast is good but lunch and dinner is inexcusable. Picture a overcooked hot dog on a bun with a side of dried up looking chili from the night before as the hot dogs side dish. The portions also are extraordinary tiny. Picture a desert s quare of an inch and a half squared. Food has been served on paper plates, and items such as Jello and applesauce in literally the plastic cups that pills are put in for the residents. Sadly just because the building and the furnishings are quite nice and beautiful has nothing to do with the quality of care the ease of accessibility to a nurse to a CNA anyone. In regards to whoever is the kitchen manager? What the heck are you doing with the budget you are given? The residents certainly are not seeing the benefit of a decent budget for food and preparation. Bell Tower Administration shame on you...

Impressed! Recently I had to tour facilities for my mom. Hardest decision I’ve ever been tasked with. Belltower is something special. The admission s Director Bud, was amazing. I met everyone from nurses, nursing assistants, cooks, housekeepers, the young man who leads the activities and the administrator. The building is.beautiful, so much different than others I have toured.
