They don't send me information on upcoming events. They ask me to schedule my mother for appointments and ask me to take her. I work 40 hours a week. It is very difficult for me to get off work. The change over is very high. The facility is an hour away. I go at least once a month to visit my mother, and always on the weekends. The staff makes comments such as, well hasn't it been a long time since you've been here.
