My sister is a resident, and since Presence has taken over, the change is absolutely remarkable. She is so very much better, happier, and the progress in the past couple months is so amazing. We are so very thankful for the increased better care she is receiving. Thank you so very much. It is such a blessing to see her up and dressed in her own clothes, even able to read a book!! Also, the fact that she now eats in the dining room has helped so much. We certainly appreciated the improvement in the nursing home.

My dad was at the hospital and he needed to go to the nursing home. I'm short on funds and there are not a lot of places to choose from in Illinois. They have a shared room at River North of Bradley because my mom and dad are there together. It's a lot smaller than we expected once we got furniture in there. Other than that, it's okay. I liked that it was nice and clean. There was no odor when you walk in. In addition, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. They're very good and caring with the residents. They have a lot of activities going on all the time. They do crafts and Bingo and people of all religions come in for church. When there's a holiday such as Father's Day or Mother's Day, they get stuff for the occasion. They have a big thing for the 4th of July, too. Out of what we have to go by here, I would recommend it to someone.
