I visited the Cardona Senior Apartments in Pocatello, and I liked it very much. They just don't know if they're going to have an apartment available in 3 months. They were updating, and it wasn't the fanciest place, but it was very nice and comfortable. The people I met were friendly and helpful. The person that I spoke with, whom I believe was the manager, was extremely helpful. They had walk-in showers, which is nice. Ordinary apartments don't always have those, so I really like that. They had an elevator, and amazingly enough, regular apartments do not always have elevators. They had a little library and a bus that came to take you shopping if you needed to. They are an option for the future, for me. The person who welcomed and gave me a tour was very friendly and helpful. The apartment I saw was smaller than a regular apartment, but it had a walk-in shower, which can be important the older we get, so it was nice. It wasn't luxurious or anything like that, but it was comfortable.
