I chose Ash Branch Manor because all the utilities were included and the price. It's a small community, which I like as well. It's close to everything and other cities around. It's a very convenient location-wise. I was very impressed. The staff was very professional, very kind, and courteous. I enjoyed talking to her. The building looks very sturdy. It's not too old. Everything is updated and very clean. They had nice gardens. That's the best place I've seen so far. The rooms were nice and roomy. They got a nice closet, a nice-sized kitchen, and a living room. I saw a two-bedroom yesterday. Everything was just perfect. It had a nice bathroom and all.
