I moved into Burlington Cove. As a whole, it's aesthetically very nice the way they decorated the community. The community spaces are very warm and inviting. They thought of everything. It's beautifully decorated and it's clean. Even though the place is new, they still have to keep it up. As far as the management goes, they did a very good job of trying to think of everything that an independent person would need to survive within their surroundings as opposed to even having to go outside. I love the pool area, the gym, the community room, and they have a computer space. They have all the modern conveniences that you could even ask for. As far as the management is concerned, they are very on point. Any questions you have about anything, they answer. If they can't answer, they get back to you. They're very hands-on. The staff at the front desk is on point with everything. If he doesn't know something, he'll get back to me and let me know. The management person always has the answers when I ask her anything. She's accommodating and helpful. The manager is excellent. I had a maintenance problem and he got to it right away. He called to let me know the status of everything. Everything is done in a way that we don't slip through the cracks. Any kind of problem we have or anything like that, they are always on top of it. I've gotten to know the people that work here and I think that they did a good job of hiring them. As far as the grounds are concerned, I haven't had much chance to walk. I usually do a lot of walking, but I've been so busy moving in that I haven't had time to use the facilities. I walked into the theater room the other night and everything's just so nice here. I can't say enough about the place. I'm very happy. It's just a good experience. The apartments are compact, but they are efficient. The appliances are nice, the stove, the dishwasher, everything is beautiful. I can't ask for more.

Burlington Cove is very nice. I would love to live there, but they didn't have any vacancies. The staff is nice. The rooms are nice and spacious, and everything is brand new. They have a library and a guest room. Laundry and housekeeping are included in the apartment.

Burlington Cove was a more of an economical place; at the same time, it's a new and very clean building. The only problem was there was no availability at that time. They got eight months before anything opens up, but the staff was very courteous. They could not show me any room because everything was occupied, but what I saw was an activity. They don't have a bus or any kind of vehicle available to you. You need to have your own vehicle in order to move to another place. They were helpful to me, and one thing I liked about it was it had an indoor gym.

I'm moving into Burlington Cove. It's an excellent community. The assistant manager is a very good asset to the company. She has a really good personality. She knows what she's doing, and she's well qualified for the job. I speak highly of her. It's brand new. It just opened up in March. I just got a one-bedroom, and it is plenty for me. It's got plenty of room because all the appliances are included, including the washer and dryer. It has a shower. I've got nothing bad to say about it at this point. They've got a workout room, a swimming pool, a beauty salon, two community rooms, a movie theater room, and activities throughout the month. They have an activity calendar and you sign up for different things. They have bingo and arts and crafts. I haven't signed up for anything yet until I get settled. The food bank comes in once a month. Every day, they have different Medicare companies come through. They don't offer food. You have to cook your own. It's not perfect. They have some room for improvement. They're new, and they're still working through things. They don't have a maintenance man on-hand. They have one they got to share with the three properties. There are some things that have to be done over there. The receptionist is very friendly and takes his time on the phone. When he's when he's gone the front doors get locked, but we have key fobs to get in.

I visited Burlington Cove yesterday, and the tour went great. I met a guy named David who took my paperwork and stuff. He was really good and did a thorough job. I love the facility. I like the bedrooms, the way the apartment is set up, the closet, and the location. They have an exercise room, and I enjoyed that. They also have a patio and a pool. The place is beautiful.
