"The Orchard had a very warm inviting feel. However, the apartments were older, and the facility itself was kind of showing its age. There were some stains on the carpet and the hallways. It's a little bit dated, but other than that, it was nice. The dining area was nice. There were antiques and oriental rugs. It feels a little bit elegant, but it's getting old. The staff was very helpful and took plenty of time, as much time as we needed, and offered a lot of advice, even offered to contact her with other questions about long-term care insurance or whatever. They have activities, a beauty parlor, and a courtyard. The dining area was large, very elegant, and sort of formal."
