"Concordia Village was a nice place with supported living and a memory care unit. I didn’t take a tour of it, but I talked to their administrator. It seemed well organized, very clean because it was new, and a lot of staff around helping people. They had different levels of care; some people can have an apartment there and drive and everything, and then they have the mid-level people who can’t drive but can take care of themselves, and then Alzheimer’s care. It was very nice and brand new. There was one part that was built maybe 15 years before the rest, but it was nice. It had fountains of water and nice landscaping. It was close to shopping, not far from the mall at all, and the hospital was probably four or five miles away. I’ve seen a van around town with their logo on it."
