Residents live in comfortable one-bedroom apartments and are provided with social and recreational services by a full-time on-site staff.The site is conveniently located within walking distance to public transportation, the Hartford Hospital campus, a market, and the Park Street retail corridor. The design includes a variety of comfortable and inviting common areas, including a multi-purpose room, an on site laundry room, office space for property management and resident services, commercial-size kitchen for meal preparation, and meeting space for visiting healthcare providers.
