My mother is at Colchester Commons. The community is lovely. It's well kept. I like the fact that the owners of the association have a vested part in the upkeep of it. I also like the fact that they're very welcoming and that they are also respectful of privacy. They have a clubhouse, a pool, and a community center. The mobile homes are very well constructed and maintained. They have done some nice upgrades and are working on them, especially the one my mom got. They also have activities in the community. They have committees, a garden club, and what-have-you. The value for money is worth it. It is just the market right now stinks, but that's not their fault. That has no reflection on them.
