I have no complaints with Cripple Creek, the care has been great, and they have been very good to him. He doesn’t want to be there, but the care has been great, and they take a lot of time with him. They take him out, and they go to Cripple Creek to eat. When I first walked in, the first thing we noticed was that it didn’t smell. That’s the first impression we had, and then we saw animals. They have cats and dogs. The rooms were bright and clean, and they are doing a total remodel on the building. The staff is wonderful. As for the administrator, Lorie, I can’t give her enough praise. If I have any concern, she is right on them. I have been trying to get him new hearing aids, dentures, and glasses. They’re taking care of everything.

Actually, both the administrative staff, as well as the nurses, have been happy to talk to me anytime I call or come up there. That impresses me more than anything.
