Vintage at Bennett Valley is an apartment rental place for people over 55. The other places all had pre-prepared meals, and you come down and sit down in their dining room, and I didn't want that. I wanted to be able to be in my own apartment and cook meals. It's very clean and well-kept. I only had a 10-minute interview, but they were kind and receptive and explained the entire routine and immediately gave me a packet of application papers, which I then filled out and sent back. I did get a tour of a couple of apartments. They have either one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments. The apartments are very nice, well laid out, and interesting. They have free laundry facilities for your use, and they have free refuse disposal at that location. They don't have dining facilities there. These are independent living apartments. The grounds are well-kept, and they have beautiful lawns and foliage. They do an extensive background check on anybody who comes in there, and I have to wait for that to happen.
