I was a past resident of Canyon Breeze. The apartment was considerably smaller than what I'm in now. It was only about 500 square feet. The kitchen was rather small. And there was no parking available. So it was just on-street parking. And it was usually very, very difficult to find a spot to park. And even then I receive damage to my car once in a while. It's just a big deal for me. The management was not very agreeable and not very responsive. But the maintenance person was excellent. He would be quick to respond. The location was excellent. Good, good location. Not as close to shops and restaurants as I am now. There was a courtyard with barbecue facilities. There is a common area you could call the library, which also has a television as well. It's a place to meet and have meals. People could reserve the room and have gatherings or whatever.
