Villa Serena Apartments

We visited the senior apartments of Villa Serena Apartments in Rocklin, and my son is moving there this month. It was very nice, and it has a nice 1-bedroom apartment. It has a lot of amenities, a clubhouse, and they do a lot of things on the calendar. It's also affordable. I like that the location is close to shopping, pharmacies, and grocery stores. You don't have to have a car, necessarily, and that was one thing we wanted for him. He doesn't have a vehicle right now. He does have a bicycle and is capable of walking close by, so that's nice for him. The apartment was clean, modern, and nice. It's a 1-bedroom, but it has capabilities for having a little washer and dryer there in the apartment, although there is also a laundromat on site. They have a swimming pool and a lot of activities going on. I think it is very good for him because he's been kind of a loner, and he needs to be more social in a community. I have not tried the food, but the menu looks very nice. They showed us a copy of it, and it's very varied. They had everything from cheeseburgers to pasta and salad, and they looked very good. The staff members were very nice, very helpful, and very friendly. They helped us fill out the initial paperwork. The place is very well decorated and very clean.
