I'm in the process of moving into Garden Springs. It is for those 55 and older. It's a beautiful place. It's fairly new, and the rent is reasonable and affordable. All two-bedroom units are on the second floor, but there is an elevator and stairs. Martha is the manager there, and she is helpful, patient, insightful, and very, very nice. There's no trash, and you can have pets, but there are no pet feces laying around. There's a small balcony, and you can take your plants. My apartment has a stove, a refrigerator, a washer and drye,r and a dishwasher.
