Heritage Pointe Senior Apartments

I went to Heritage Pointe Senior Apartments. I love the location and I love the way it's set up. There's a main area where you can do your laundry inside and sit in a beautiful TV room while you're waiting with others and play games or socialize. I liked everything about it. The only issue is it was out of my budget. The staff was so nice and so interested in working with me and made me feel that I'd be a great fit there. They called and they were very respectful and kind. They even tried to work with me with the move-in special but in the long run, it would put me in a financial situation that I wouldn't be comfortable with. There were kitchens in each room. I love the structure of the building because it's centralized around a beautiful gathering place for reading and playing games. I thought that was nice. They did have snacks out and they had coffee. The staff was so friendly. It was so clean and very nice. I like the sizes of the rooms and the layout. They're perfect because they even had an outdoor balcony with a little storage closet out there on each balcony. The room I looked at was on the first floor. I could just go straight into the room without having to go up the elevator or anything, which would be perfect for me because I have an electric wheelchair.
