I visited Perris Isle Senior Apartments in Moreno Valley. The apartments were small, but I didn't need a whole lot. They have scheduled events each month. They have a pool and well-kept grounds. They have maintenance there a couple of times a week, making sure there's no tree limbs in the road or walkways and things like that. They have a refrigerator and a stove provided. They have a washer and dryer in the unit, and they have a separate laundry facility in each building if you choose to go there. They don't provide meals, but once a week, there is an organization that comes in and gives out fruits and vegetables for free. There is also parking that is free.
