We chose Sycamore Hills by the Bay because it was close to our house, the price was reasonable, and it had everything that we wanted right now for my dad. The rooms are very nice and clean. It is independent living, so they don't provide any care there. It is just independent senior living. They don't serve food, but the living atmosphere is nice. They had lots of activities, but they have been postponed or cancelled because of COVID. The manager, Brandy, is excellent. She is very nice and caring. They had the activities and everything, so it is worth the price.

Sycamore Hills by the Bay had nice and clean apartments, but the parking was not very easy for seniors. I saw a very nice one-bedroom apartment with a nice kitchen.
