"I had an in-person tour of Southern Meadows Senior Living. I like that they make the appointments and keep track of them for the residents. The physical appearance was great. I was very impressed with how open, happy, and friendly everybody was there, including the residents. The staff was very pleasant and informative. I would prefer if they didn't have mandatory set hours that the lunchroom was opening and maybe a bigger selection for extra stuff, if they don't want the main menu. The food was good, and the dining area was great. They have transportation, a beauty parlor, and games. They have activities they do all the time. They have an outdoor garden for the residents."

"So far I have been extremely pleased with RiverLodge. It is great. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They're really just caring. They just want to take care of my parents. The food is great. I have eaten there several times with them. They do outings, exercise, and crafts. They have a little movie theater. "

"Grounds are well-kept, very fresh and clean. The residents are so engaged and have a blast with each other. I love the option for independent apartments too so the residents can choose their own style home! Also, love the manager, she’s the bomb!"

"We liked Sycamore Springs Senior Living. It was very clean and new, so it looked very nice. It was small, which we liked. Their food was extraordinary. They serve from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. They have set times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but you can eat any time. They have a different menu that you can order from. Their food was very, very good. Their service of food was very good and was over everyone else. We actually had lunch there, and it was very, very good. The staff did well. They had a salon onsite, and they do laundry once a week."

"My Mother has been very happy at the Esplanade for the last 2 years. She has her own furniture and stuff, gets her room cleaned, laundry done and has her meals in an elegant dining room. Mom likes it that she can stay in her apartment for privacy, or she can open her door and socialize with the other residents. The nurses are very good, and I trust them completely with Mom's medical care. The staff is on the ball, and there is an activity director who keeps a calendar with all the months activities right there in the main room, so everyone knows what's happening. I too, am very happy my Mom is at the Maple Esplanade, I worried constantly when she lived alone after Dad passed on, and the constant running to her house then to mine got to be very taxing. The Esplanade is in a great, quiet location yet still in town, and I get to visit Mom often or have her over at our apartment for the day. We are very glad that the Maple Esplanade "

"My wife has moved into the Countryside Assisted Living at Rock Springs. Assisted living is the section that she is in. It's fairly new and clean. My personal opinion is they're understaffed and nobody wants to work anymore. They have a fitness center, a beauty shop, a theater, and normal dining rooms. All the food that I've had there has been pretty good. They have a varied menu so they don't serve the same thing all the time. The majority of the staff that I've interacted with have been super nice. Some are nice and some are a pain, just like anywhere else. Some are very caring and some don't care, and just looking for a paycheck."
