My wife has moved into the Countryside Assisted Living at Rock Springs. Assisted living is the section that she is in. It's fairly new and clean. My personal opinion is they're understaffed and nobody wants to work anymore. They have a fitness center, a beauty shop, a theater, and normal dining rooms. All the food that I've had there has been pretty good. They have a varied menu so they don't serve the same thing all the time. The majority of the staff that I've interacted with have been super nice. Some are nice and some are a pain, just like anywhere else. Some are very caring and some don't care, and just looking for a paycheck.

Countryside has everything my Dad needs. They do his laundry, they give him hair cuts, they have a gym, and they have activities. I just wish my Dad would go TO the activities.
