"St. Elizabeth's Place has been great for my mother. She has had a great time with the other resident while attending rehab to return home. Everyone treats her with respect and encourages her daily. Very thankful. "

"The Bungalows at Jonesboro looked amazing. They offer a lot more assistance from the medical side of it, which is what I really was shooting for. But there's no opening anytime soon with them. The staff was very nice. I actually saw a couple of people's rooms. They allowed us to come in and talk to some of the people living there. They had lived there for years and loved it. I ate there for lunch, and it was very good."

"My 96 year old Mother is a resident at Jonesboro Healthcare Center. You wonder and worry if you are making a good decision anytime you commit a loved one to a Nursing facility. Our decision for Jonesboro Healthcare was a good one! They treat Mother like a queen! The staff is polite, kind and treat residents with love. Mother is warm, clean, well-fed and always has someone to talk with. Medical staff (0n-site) are responsive and quick to take action if needed. All personnel stay in touch with family members. I am very happy with Jonesboro Healthcare. "

"Ridgecrest Health and Rehabilitation was a beautiful new facility. What I liked least was they had a large turnover of CNAs and nurses. The building itself was clean, but my husband's room needed deep cleaning. I asked for it to be cleaned several times and it was never done. The wax is coming off the floor and the window sill was broken. It's just different things that weren't being repaired. There were a bunch of new people all the time who didn't know what they were doing, but that wasn't everybody. There were some really good people that worked there, but overall, generally speaking, there were a lot of people who didn't know what was going on. The food had a lot of mystery meat. It wouldn't necessarily taste bad, but you didn't know what it was. The building was very nice. The care declined and the price increased tremendously. We're sure we're not getting our money's worth."

"When you walk into the lobby you are greeted by friendly warm staff ready to help however they can. The staff is well trained and is professional. They seem to really love what they do and that comes across then you speak with them and observed them. The patients were clean, bright and alert. Most of the patients who can move around were active and busy engaging one another or visiting with family and friends. Meal time was pleasant and the meals are prepared daily fresh with amazing healthy choices. The menu is well planned with options for alternative diets. The rooms are good size and you are welcome to bring your own touches.They are kept busy with Board games, Arts and Crafts, Chess, Bingo and outside programs brought in by civic and Religious organizations. The patients love having the programs come in. Staff encourages family and friends to visit as often as possible so the residents do not feel abandoned. The staff does an amazing wonder job with the patients and meeting their needs they exceed the states regulations. I would place my loved one here. "

"I toured St Bernards Village. I will go to the assisted section. It was an excellent tour. It was a very nice facility. There were varied activities. The room was lovely. The room that I looked at, the resident was not there, but they let me in. It was very nice and very convenient. The bathroom was handicapped accessible. It was just excellent. I looked at the menu. It seemed to be very good. The manager said they have about 55 rooms, and about 20 people go to the dining room for breakfast. The rest of them had breakfast delivered to their rooms, and I will probably do that. I don't get up and get moving very early in the morning, so I really like that they would bring breakfast to my room. They have an exercise class. They have a room where you can do puzzles. They have birthday parties one day a month for all the residents that have a birthday that month. Everybody I saw looked very pleased. They were interacting with each other, and it was just very nice. The place was beautiful. It was built in a square. In the center of that square, there was a garden where you can go out. They had bird baths, flowers, and walking paths there."

"I had my surgery and St. Bernards HealthCare came out for two weeks for physical therapy. As far as physical therapy, they were really good. The people that came was really sweet and nice. They could have helped a little bit more with house work. The caregiver comes in 30 minutes to an hour a day, helped me take a shower and that's about it. I barely had time to get a bath and she'd go. There was no home cleaning or nothing like that. The caregiver was wonderful, she absolutely has a kind heart, very compassionate. She was just a sweet girl and she really care. She did try to do little things when she could if she had time like take out trash, or something like that. It wasn't that she was being lazy. It's just that she had a class she had to go to. I know she was trying to help more than she could have. "

"St. Bernards Villa was beautiful. It was decorated contemporary with a little bit of Southwestern flare. They had a movie theater and a spa where you could get massage and swim in the pool. I was hoping that my mother was going to go there, but she ended up in the nursing home instead. "

"My mother was in Willowbend at Marion for a month. It was clean and very convenient, just a couple of miles from here. The people were friendly. The room is as big as she’s in now. Originally, those rooms were all private rooms, and now they’re semi-private, so the space is a little tight, but they’re in the process of starting to build a new building so that should make it a lot better. "
